How to return

Returns

We accept returns requests made within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

1. Unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
2. It must be in the original packaging.
3. Original labels must be on the item(s)
4. NO make up or tan stains
5. NO perfume smells 

Several types of goods are exempt from being refunded:

1. Earrings are not suitable for a refund due to the nature of piercing and hygiene, unless they are faulty/ damaged.
2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. Any item returned not in its original packaging, without the label on or protective hygiene strip.
4. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
5. Sale items

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Keep hold of your proof of purchase in the event there are any issues. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5-10 working days.

Late or missing refunds.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you've done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@hausofdeck.com quoting your reference number.

Sale items.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Typically this will take 3-4 days.
